Medical Insurance

We offer a choice between 2 medical plans, both of which are offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, and utilize the Blue Choice PPO Network. The Core Plan consists of an IRS Qualified High Deductible Health Plan with a Health Savings Account (HSA) provision, including an Employer contribution to the account. The Buy-Up plan is a traditional PPO plan with a co-pay.

Dental Insurance

Dental Insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, utilizing the Blue Care Dental Network.

Life Insurance/AD&D

An Employee Life insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment policy in the amount of $50,000 is provided at no cost to the employee.

Supplemental Insurance

We offer four separate options for supplemental coverage, with pre-tax premiums, from Aflac, a name you know and trust.
• Accident Indemnity Plan • Specified Health Event Plan
• Cancer Indemnity Plan • Hospital Confinement Plan

Flexible Spending/Cafeteria Accounts

Our Cafeteria Plan offers additional tax savings for medical expenses, including:
• Limited Purpose FSA for HSA participants
• Full FSA for traditional plan participants
• Dependent Care reimbursement account

401(k) Plan

Our 401(k) program allows you to save for retirement with the additional security of an immediately vested company match, up to 4% of total compensation, subject to IRS annual limits. Total Employee contributions cannot exceed $16,500, or $22,000 if age 50 or over.
