United HealthCare PPO

Our PPO plan offers employer subsidized coverage through the extensive United Healthcare PPO Network. Employees have the option of covering additional dependents at their own discretion

AIG Dental

The dental plan offers coverage both in and out of the AIG dental network. Employees are eligible for dental care with no eligibility periods past the effective date. Orthodontic care is also included for children/dependents under age 18.

Life Insurance AD&D

Employer sponsored life insurance in the amount of $50,000 for each full time employee

Cafeteria Plan

Medical/Dental premiums are deducted pre-tax though this 125/Cafeteria Plan.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Employees are eligible to contribute pre-tax dollars to health care and dependent care pre-tax reimbursement accounts, allowing them to receive tax-free reimbursement for eligible medical and/or dependent care expenses, including over-the-counter medications and health expenses.

401(k) Plan

Our 401k plan offers a wide array of investment choices ranging from more conservative money market and fixed income oriented fund choices, to more aggressive domestic and globally diverse equity fund options.
